HCLTech is looking for Rockstar Digital Solution Architects/Leads to join the Go-to-Market team This team is responsible for presales and solutions for the LifeScience and Healthcare Key responsibilities will include: 1. Delivering expert advice and creative and critical thinking, to solve challenging problems at the intersection of technology and LSH on business solutions using a breadth of technology platforms2. Interfacing with HCLTech sales and delivery to manage all presales activities from professional capability presentations creation aligned to the client s industry delivering capability presentations, remote and in-person solution workshops through to SOW negotiations. 3. The candidate should possess a demonstrated breadth of knowledge across various Digital solutions and technology stacks and ability to provide guidance to diverse customer stakeholders and external partners ranging from smaller consulting deals to large ITO deals4.Demonstrated Ability to elicit client requirements via discussions and put together creative solutions with minimal information, global teams and tight deadlines is required. Role and Responsibilities 1.Support and drive growth for the unit; support New and Existing customer across opportunities (RFP s, Proactive bids, transformation initiatives) 2.Offer expert advice on solutions 3.Propose the right engagement model, commercial model for opportunities Knowledge, Skills, and Experience, and other Requirements 1.Experience in enterprise client interaction in the US and ability to build relationships within the organization and with customers 2.Communicate how to leverage AI and GENAI at the forefront of digital transformation in order to deliver any one following micro-verticals in MedTech, LifeSciences or HealthcareMedTech: Faster, safer, and more personalized medical devices. Enhanced capabilities in diagnostics, monitoring, and therapeutic delivery. Improved patient engagement and clinical decision support through intelligent automation. Streamlined regulatory submissions with AI-generated documentation and evidence.
