Solution Delivery Specialist
Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and technically proficient Solution Delivery Specialist to join our Commercial Banking team, supporting the Transaction Product Services (TPS) back-office setup. This role is pivotal in bridging client needs with internal technical delivery, ensuring seamless implementation of banking solutions. Youll work closely with internal stakeholdersincluding Natasha Douse and Nickiand collaborate with the Client Services & Solutions Agreement (CSSA) team to support documentation, product setup, and client onboarding. Skills and Requirements Proven experience in solution delivery, technical implementation, or product setup within commercial or corporate banking. Strong understanding of transaction banking products and back-office systems. Excellent communication skills; bilingual proficiency preferred. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and navigate complex documentation processes. Technical aptitude with a collaborative mindset.
