Your Day to Day
As a Partner Solutions Consultant, you would be working on:

Being the technical point of contact during the sales cycle, running  customized demonstrations, providing technical training to the MSP,  VAR and Strategic Partner and direct selling teams.Work closely supporting teams of partner management individuals tasked with building and maintaining partner relationships virtually and at trade showsSupport partner clients in critical situations. Be very responsive.       Host weekly, monthly or quarterly calls with various partners and their Partner manager. These conversations could be both technical and business focused discussions.Develop a solid understanding of the business and technical requirements from partners and serve as an advocate for product enhancement to product management at GoTo when necessary.Comfortable running proof of concepts with multiple stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For
As a Partner Solutions Consultant, your background will look like:

1+ yr in your current roleNo active Disciplinary ProcessSomeone with a history of being professional, dedicated, humble and curious while performing well in a pre-sales engineering environment. We value hard work, commitment, humility, curiosity, diversity, and a desire to work closely with other members of the team.Experience either working for or with MSP’s, VAR’s, LAR’s Strategic Master Agents or Technology suppliers as a Sales Engineer. (5+ years)Familiar and comfortable working with Enterprise level Network, RDP, Helpdesk, Ticketing, Remote Support, RMM, MDM, and Telecommunications (VOIP) technologies.Strong sales, presentation, and demonstration skills.Portuguese and English language proficiency, with Spanish being a plus
