Win mindshare early to influence platform decisions + Partner Co-Sell: Collaborate with strategic partners to scale execution and deliver differentiated solutions tailored to Life Sciences workflows + AI Solution Evangelism: Promote Microsoft’s AI capabilities including Copilot, predictive analytics, and agentic platforms to improve productivity, compliance, and customer experience **Strategic Focus Areas** + Scientific Innovation: Support AI-driven research and process design from discovery to clinical trials + Manufacturing & Supply Chain: Enable intelligent operations using Microsoft IOT, adaptive cloud, and SAP on Azure + Commercial Engagement: Drive personalized marketing and sales transformation using Copilot for Sales and AI-generated content + Agentic Enterprise: Champion enterprise-wide AI adoption through low-code automation, custom Copilots, and secure integration with M365 + Other: Embody our culture and values **Qualifications** **Required Qualifications** + Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Information Security, or related field AND 6+ years experience in technology-related sales or account management OR equivalent experience. + 5+ years of experience working with line of business enterprise applications sales. **Preferred Qualifications** + Master's Degree in Business Administration (i.e., MBA), Information Technology, Information Security, or related field AND 8+ years experience in technology-related sales or account management OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Information Security, or related field AND 12+ years experience in technology-related sales or account management OR equivalent experience. 6+ years solution or services sales experience. 3+ years people management experience. + Experience in Life Sciences sales or consulting, with a strong understanding of industry-specific challenges and regulatory environments is preferred + Deep knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and AI technologies including Copilot and agentic architectures. + Demonstrated success in managing complex sales cycles, building executive relationships, and leading cross-functional teams. + Experience with SAP migration, cloud modernization, and AI solution deployment in regulated environments is highly desirable. Solution Area Specialists M5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $133,000 - $222,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $170,300 - $239,800 per year.
