Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Solution Architect to join our Digital Workplace Infrastructure team, ensuring secure, scalable, and efficient solutions for our global IT Infrastructure organization with strong expertise in endpoint management and IT system administration. This role requires hands-on technical skills, project implementation experience, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional IT and business teams.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Manage and support the current Ivanti Endpoint Manager environment.Develop and Lead a migration strategy from Ivanti to Intune, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.Configure policies for device compliance, application deployment, patch management, and security baselines.Provide technical documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and knowledge transfer to IT support teams.Perform regular audits and health checks to identify necessary improvements.Perform day-to-day systems administration tasks, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing endpoint management systems.Support Windows, macOS, and mobile device management through Intune.Participate in IT infrastructure projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

QualificationsMinimum of 5 years of experience in IT, with experience in related roles, with a focus on architecture and designBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fieldProven experience in IT system administration with a focus on endpoint management.Hands-on expertise with Ivanti Endpoint Manager) and Microsoft Intune Strong understanding of Windows device management, patching, and software deployment.Experience with Azure Active Directory (AAD), conditional access, and MDM/MAM policies.Familiarity with other IT systems (Active Directory, SCCM, M365)Knowledge of PowerShell scripting for automation.Experience with tools and technologies, such as Ivanti and/or Intune.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical thinking abilities.Familiarity with IT security best practices, compliance, and configuration baselines.
