You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams—partners, customers, product, and engineering—to ensure our solutions exceed expectations and drive measurable business outcomes. Things You’ll Do

\n\nLead and enable your team to deliver high-quality, innovative XM solutions in partnership with global implementation partners\nOversee large-scale, technically complex engagements from architecture through deployment and optimization\nDrive collaboration across Qualtrics and partner teams to ensure consistent communication and alignment on project objectives\nImplement governance frameworks and track success metrics to continuously improve delivery excellence\nManage risk mitigation activities and remove obstacles to project success\nChampion knowledge-sharing, team development initiatives, and adoption of emerging technology best practices\n\n

What We’re Looking For On Your Resume

\n\n10+ years of relevant experience in solution delivery or solution architecture\n(Preferred) Demonstrated experience managing directly or indirectly a technical architecture or solution delivery team \nStrong background designing and implementing SaaS or enterprise technology solutions at scale\nSuccess partnering with internal and external stakeholders to deliver complex projects on time\nExcellent communication skills, including the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences\nExperience fostering a collaborative, high-trust team environment that prioritizes customer success\n\n

For full-time positions, this pay range is for base per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, education, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be included in an employment offer. Full-time employees are eligible for medical, dental, vision, life and disability, 401(k) with match, a wellness reimbursement, mental health benefits, and an experience bonus.
