This role will act as the product lead for Core HR, Payroll and Analytics applications driving execution, collaborating with stakeholders and a team of IT and Business professionals. This role blends product ownership, solution architecture, and hands-on configuration expertise in SAP SuccessFactors. The role leads a team of IT professionals to optimize our environment, implement communication strategies, and enhance the digital experience for our employees. This role acts as a key liaison to the business, vendors, and platform providers delivering an optimized technical landscape.
Your Impact:
Lead HR Transformation & Product Strategy: Lead and manage large-scale HR transformation initiatives, specifically focusing on SuccessFactors module implementation and support. You'll own and lead the product roadmap for Employee Central, Payroll, and HR Analytics, including global implementations and platform enhancements. Drive Solution Design & Configuration: Act as the solution design and configuration lead for Employee Central, Payroll, People Analytics, and both inbound/outbound EC integrations. Provide subject matter expertise on cross-functional SuccessFactors module integrations (e.g., Onboarding, Recruiting). Manage Project Lifecycle & Stakeholder Collaboration: Drive the requirements intake process, lead SuccessFactors release meetings with business teams, and ensure timely execution of SuccessFactors projects by partnering with project managers and business stakeholders. Ensure Operational Excellence & Support: Drive incident resolution, audit, and compliance support activities in collaboration with IT and Business teams. You'll serve as the technology point of contact for Core HR, Payroll, and Reporting applications, driving backlog, prioritization, and delivery, and manage external providers via KPIs and SLAs. Execute Project Planning & Provide Technical Support: Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, covering resource allocation, risk management, and change management. Additionally, provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to employees, the IT team, and HR professionals, ensuring timely issue resolution
Your Experience and Qualifications:
Extensive IT & SuccessFactors Expertise: Holds a Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, coupled with 7+ years of relevant IT experience and deep expertise in the SuccessFactors Suite. HCM Solution Leadership: Possesses 7+ years of experience as a Solution Architect or Product Owner in large, complex HCM environments, with required certification in Employee Central and additional certifications being a plus. Core HR & Integration Proficiency: Demonstrates a strong understanding of Core HR, Payroll Operations, People Analytics, and system configuration best practices. Experience driving EC and payroll integration projects and configuration is a significant advantage, as is leading at least two SuccessFactors projects. Digital Workplace & Data Acumen: Proficient in digital workplace technologies, applications, best practices, and HR systems. Exhibits expertise in digital tool analysis, usability evaluation, and data-driven decision-making, with strong experience working with contractor teams and matrixed organizations in Agile/Scrum environments. Leadership, Communication & Collaboration: Features outstanding leadership and team collaboration skills, excellent communication and presentation abilities, and the capacity to align with stakeholders globally.

AGCO Shared Service Center (SSC) is located at Office Garden in the 11th district, in one of the most dynamically developing areas of Budapest providing global support to all AGCO global factories and sites in Finance, HR, IT, Purchasing, Customer Experience and Engineering functions.
