We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Connected Care Solutions Architect to drive the commercial success of our Connected Care product portfolio. As a key member of our team, you'll provide subject matter expertise to our Commercial organization, collaborating with stakeholders across the globe to deliver innovative solutions that transform patient care.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
Work with the local Connectivity specialists to drive the standardization and harmonization of approachEnsuring customers have a consistent experience of connected care with Baxter.Ensuring we can scale our operations (instead of a boutique approach) as we grow in connected careResponsible for architect assessments and technical due diligence to support commercial processes and customer implementation to ensure proposed solutions are fit for purpose and can be delivered .Work with the local and regional Digital Service team to prepare the pre-sales for smooth implementation to includescope of work designtechnical feasibility and due diligencegovernance documentation – DPA etccybersecurity and other standards certificatesOwn and drive project governance (relationship/drive/accountability) ensure successful implementation of projects and oversee quality control throughout the life cycle of a customer engagement.Plan and lead requirements analysis sessions with customers and stakeholders. Evaluate and propose product and client solutions.Able to identify risks and constraints in the customer lifecycle and develop transferable and scalable processes or solutions to mitigate.Understand business drivers behind solutions and articulates complex solutions to stakeholders and can translate complex business needs into functional requirements and process designs.Create and deliver programmes of training and knowledge transfer for onboarding of new team members.Consider and assesses innovate processes, technologies and solutions to support future markets and contribute to the R&D roadmap with regards to changing market needWHAT YOU’LL BRING:
At least 5 years of digital healthcare experience with proven results.Enhanced level of technical acumen to scope and assess feasibility of complex digital and hybrid solutions as part of customer sales interactions.Able to interpret customer need and digital landscape in terms of systems, infrastructure, clinical and functional product requirements.Local market understanding in terms of provider systems, market challenges, competitor and 3rd party providers considering changing surveillance requirements, regulatory, governance and legal frameworks.Understand deployment and integration of complex integrated solutions. Remains current with product evolutions, changing infrastructure architecture and market demand.Fluent in local languages to understand and translate complex requirements into deliverables. Represents local voice of the customer to ensure success criteria are being met.Self-management and organizational skillsA great communicator with customer orientation and strong interpersonal skillsTeam player willing to push outside of comfort zoneEqual Employment Opportunity
