Location: Phoenix, AZ Duties: Develop strategic recommendations to drive business growth and improvement Ensure solutions align with organizational technology strategy and long-term goals Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of strategic initiatives, offering ongoing improvements Participate in stakeholder interviews and document business and technical requirements Develop and maintain technical roadmaps and architectural standards Design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient solutions to meet evolving business requirements Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, assess, and prioritize technical requirements Stay informed of current trends and innovations in Cloud technologies and AI/ML Learn and adapt quickly to internal systems, tools, and processes within the Amex ecosystem Deliver clear, concise communication tailored to technical and non-technical audiences, including executive leadership Create and deliver compelling presentations using PowerPoint and other tools Skills: Strong background in strategic planning and architectural design Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact across all levels of the organization Deep understanding of Cloud platforms and AI/ML technologies Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project, Visio, and collaboration tools Advanced PowerPoint design and presentation development skills Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities Knowledge or experience in contact center environments is a plus Experience: 5 to 15 years of experience in solution architecture, strategy development, or a related role Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
