As a Solution Architect, you will get the opportunity to work in the beating heart of data within Rabobank. You will work together with people who have an insatiable curiosity for technology, data, and self-development. Together, we manage the Treasury ALM Tribe, and you will determine which functionality is required for the strategic direction the bank is heading. The Tribe ALM is at the heart of the bank and includes IRR, Liquidity, and FTP.

Practical Examples

In close cooperation with the business and area architect, you will:

Control the current architecture

Define the target architecture for the ALM domain, including structural and tactical solutions on the path to that target architecture

You will work together with the 7 squads that support ALM Data Reprocessing, the other Areas in the tribe, the stakeholders, and subject matter experts in the ALM Tribe. These squads work with home-built tooling and vendor tooling.

You and your talent

5+ years of experience in application architecture, combined with business architecture

You have all of these certifications (hard requirement!): Azure Solution Architect, Azure Developer, Azure Administrator, Azure Security

Experience in banking (3+ years) and risk management, especially Asset and Liability Management

Explicitly very experienced in stakeholder management: you use your soft skills to create buy-in from the squads

Able to work independently while keeping your environment informed

Flexible mind that can switch between the strategic direction and tactical solutions

You should have a keen interest in improving, automating, and professionalizing our way of working from a software perspective.
