Set Architectural Strategy: Drive the vision and roadmap for Tiger Tribe digital products, ensuring alignment with HEINEKEN goals.

· Support Dev Teams Operationally: Ensure development teams follow best coding practices and standards, working alongside key leaders to drive excellence; manage devops engineers and Cloudops team

· Define and Codify Best Practices: Collaborate closely with technical leaders to document and codify coding standards, creating a solid foundation for quality and consistency across the codebase.

· Evolve Security Frameworks: Ensure “security by design” principles and collaborate with stakeholders to address emerging cyber risks.

· Provisioning and DevOps Support: Assist the DevOps specialists to ensure that infrastructure is appropriately provisioned by the development team, optimizing deployment processes.

· Mentor and inspire team(s): Provide guidance to not just direct reports but also across expansions of Tiger Tribe.

· Reusable Components Identification: Strategically identify and implement shared, reusable components in our codebase to drive efficiency and consistency.

· Scalable Solution Design: Analyze and select features that can scale and ensure that they are technically capable of doing so, supporting long-term growth and flexibility.
