Are you a strategic thinker with deep experience in enterprise architecture, cloud solutions, and regulatory technology? We are looking for a Solution Architect to lead the development of secure, scalable, and future-ready architectures focused on Legal, Risk, and Compliance (LRC) areas within a dynamic and highly regulated environment. Key Responsibilities: + Design and implement robust solution architectures across cloud and hybrid ecosystems, tailored to LRC needs. + Integrate cutting-edge AI/ML and large language model (LLM) capabilities into enterprise solutions to drive automation and regulatory insight. + Conduct architectural risk assessments of third-party vendors to ensure compliance with enterprise security and architecture standards. + Translate complex architectural strategies into clear, actionable insights for executive, business, and technical stakeholders. + Partner with cybersecurity teams to embed security-by-design principles, including threat modeling and zero-trust architecture. + Lead cloud transformation efforts, including migration plans, platform modernization, and optimization strategies. + Drive consistency and compliance through active participation in architecture governance forums. + Develop long-term technology roadmaps aligned with LRC priorities, evolving regulations, and enterprise innovation. + Provide mentorship to architecture teams and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. + Collaborate with legal, audit, and compliance stakeholders to ensure all technology solutions meet organizational risk and regulatory requirements. Key Deliverables: + Architecture Blueprint for Law & Policy Unified Matter Management, with AI/LLM and cloud-native integration. + Data and Integration Strategy spanning legal, compliance, and enterprise systems. + Security and Compliance Controls Matrix aligned with internal and external regulations. + Vendor Architecture Review Report for the Entity Management System with risk analysis and recommendations. + Integration and Data Governance Plan for third-party platforms. + Solution Fit Assessments for LRC tools, emphasizing scalability, security, and compliance. + Cyber Risk and Threat Models for key applications + TAG (Technology Architecture Group) Artifacts to support architecture reviews and approvals. + Strategic Technology Roadmaps that align with LRC and enterprise goals. + Executive-level Presentations summarizing architecture decisions, risks, and proposed solutions.
