Summary

We are seeking a Client-Facing Project Manager / Solution Architect to lead the planning and delivery of CRM solutions. This role focuses on business solutioning—translating client goals into functional designs and actionable roadmaps. You will serve as a strategic advisor and delivery lead, working closely with clients to define requirements, guide best practices, and collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful execution across platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, Adobe Campaign, and modern Customer Data Platforms (CDPs).


The Job

Owns business-facing solutioning and project delivery for CRM, marketing automation, and customer data initiatives. This role encompasses client engagement, functional solution design, and project coordination across platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, Adobe, Braze, or similar systems.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing project scope, timelines, communications, and stakeholder alignment.Lead workshops and discovery sessions to gather business requirements and translate them into functional marketing and CRM solutions.Collaborate with internal strategy, data, and technical teams to define high-level solution architecture and delivery plans.Develop business process flows, customer journey maps, and functional documentation that inform the implementation strategy.Recommend best practices for audience segmentation, personalization, customer journey orchestration, and governance of CRM initiatives.Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring requirements are clearly documented, prioritized, and are accurately translated.Own the end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, tracking, risk mitigation, and post-launch evaluation.Guide solution design using enterprise platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, or similar tools.Coordinate integration and data flow requirements in partnership with technical architects, without needing to develop them yourself.Ensure deliverables meet client expectations and support continuous improvement through client feedback and performance analysis.

The Person

5+ years of experience in CRM and/or marketing automation project management, with a focus on business solutioning.Experience working with platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, Adobe Campaign, Oracle Eloqua, Braze, or similar.Proven experience gathering and translating business requirements into functional documentation and solution designs.Demonstrated ability to manage enterprise-level marketing and/or CRM projects, preferably in an agency, consulting, or client-facing environment.Familiarity with Customer Data Platforms such as Microsoft Customer Insights, Salesforce Data Cloud, Segment, Tealium, or Adobe Real-Time CDP are a plus.Strong understanding of CRM principles and best practices, understanding marketing lifecycle processes, campaign execution, and customer journey design are a plus.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, client presentation skills and interpersonal skills.Proficiency with project management tools like Jira, Asana, Trello, or Azure DevOps.Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum) or marketing/CRM platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant) are a plus.Requires strong strategic thinking, client relationship management, and cross-functional leadership.Involves balancing business needs, platform capabilities, and delivery constraints in a dynamic and evolving environment.Relies heavily on communication, documentation, and stakeholder management—not on hands-on technical configuration.
