You will be successful in this role if you have:

- Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)- ITIL 4 Foundation certification (required)- 2–5 years’ experience in service management and presales- Experience engaging C-level stakeholders, with a current focus on internal engagements- Familiarity with managed services design, costing, and delivery in an MSP environment- Strong commercial awareness and excellent communication skillsWhat Success Looks Like
