Job Summary
The Solution Architect, UKG role provides overall direction, guidance, definition and facilitation for the development of current and future architecture required to meet company needs, goals, and strategic direction. The Solution Architect, UKG will be working directly with various engineering teams, product/process/program owners and is accountable for a solution being fit for purpose and working as designed.

Knowledge in Visio, Microsoft Word and Google SuiteTeam player with experience leading and collaborating cross-team to ensure successful delivery of solutionsDemonstrated skills in gathering, translating, prioritizing, and documenting system requirementsDemonstrated experience leading developers through technical designs/buildsBroad understanding of enterprise-level solutions, technologies and implementations and their use within the enterpriseExcellent written and verbal communication skills that allow solutions to be articulated to technical and non-technical people at all levels of responsibilityLicenses and Certifications
