In the role of Solution Architect, CPQ & Salesforce, you will translate our business needs and requirements into IT solutions (e.g. Salesforce & CPQ Platforms). You own the solution architecture, development pipeline and roadmap for the responsibility area. You will also manage and secure platform administration availability and compliance together with service support (solution coordinator and key user) network management within Hiab. In this position you are expected to drive solution development in accordance to Hiab IM application architecture and to be an active member of Hiab IM team with high interest of developing business capabilities to make Hiab undisputed leader in our industry, the number one partner and customer focused solution provider in on-road load handling.

 

This position is open for Helsinki or Tampere, Finland. 

 

Main tasks and responsibilities

 

Serve as a Solution Architect, ensuring all designs and decisions align with the platform’s core concepts, architecture principles, and key functionalities Support business projects when it comes to end-to-end business process development, solution development, data flows and integrations Responsible for business stakeholder management together with other IM colleagues  Be a member of the development, change, release and problem management teams to develop sustainable solutions with minimized business interruptions.

 

What you’ll need to succeed

 

Education:

Master’s or Bachelor degree in IT, business or similar area

 

Experience:

5+ years of experience of working in the IT business area Minimum 5 years of  direct work experience in Salesforce related solution development projects and assignments Experience of solution development and/or IT service management related work in multicultural environment

 

Competencies:

Strong problem solving & analytical skills Technical competence in Salesforce Proven technical expertise in CPQ solution(s) Preferred Salesforce Certifications: Administrator, Application Architect People and supplier management skills and experience Good communication and presentation skills Project, change and transition management Stakeholder management skills International mind-set Full professional proficiency of written and oral English is mandatory
