We are looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Senior Solution Advisor to join our Supply Chain Management team in Spain, supporting our broader EMEA region.

 

In this role, you will actively contribute to our customers’ evolution and transformation, helping them unlock their full potential and bring out their best. You’ll play a key part in showcasing how SAP, through its AI First, Suite First strategy, empowers organisations to achieve resilient, agile, and intelligent supply chains with end-to-end visibility and real-time responsiveness.

 

What You’ll Do

As a Senior Solution Advisor, you will act as a trusted expert and business partner, supporting our customers throughout the entire sales engagement — from discovery to value realization. You will guide them in understanding the full scope of SAP’s Supply Chain Management portfolio, anchored in our Design to Operate (D2O) framework and extended with business networks and collaboration

 

Account Team Engagement

Partner with customers from the earliest engagement stages, aligning their goals with SAP’s solution capabilities. Lead discovery sessions to understand business challenges and map them to D2O-based transformation scenarios. Present clear, differentiated solution proposals built around SAP’s vision and competitive strengths. Collaborate with account teams to shape strategic direction and drive deal progression. Deliver value-based narratives supported by compelling storytelling, demos, and digital content. Actively use multimedia tools (e.g. Camtasia, PowerPoint) to elevate customer experiences and messaging consistency. Serve as a visible trusted advisor of SAP’s approach to next-generation supply chains, inside and outside the organisation.

 

Customer Lifecycle Engagement

Facilitate a seamless handover from presales to delivery, ensuring solution intent is preserved. Continue to evangelise the solution vision through adoption and post-implementation stages. Support expansion and renewal conversations by identifying new areas of value through adjacent SAP capabilities. Drive visibility into measurable business outcomes and long-term solution impact.

 

What You Bring

Native Spanish speaker and fluent business English, with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently in customer-facing scenarios, including with C-level stakeholders are must-to-have Strong experience with SAP Supply Chain Management solutions, with hands-on expertise of the following: SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) – including Demand Planning, Response & Supply, Inventory Optimization, and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP). SAP Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (PP/DS) – solid knowledge of capacity planning, finite scheduling, and integration with manufacturing execution. SAP Business Network for Supply Chain Collaboration –is a strong plus. Proven end-to-end implementation experience, ideally including migration projects to SAP S/4HANA and/or standalone SCM deployments, with clear exposure to integration scenarios, data modeling, and process design. Awareness of Artificial Intelligence use cases in supply chain transformation is highly valued Experience leading or supporting complex customer projects across multiple industries, with measurable outcomes and clear customer impact. Ability to clearly translate business challenges into solution narratives, adjusting depth and messaging based on the audience—from operations teams to executive leadership. Strong storytelling and public speaking skills, with experience facilitating workshops, demos, or discovery sessions in customer-facing settings. Comfortable working in collaborative selling models alongside Account Executives and Customer Success teams. Confident user of PowerPoint and optionally Camtasia or other video tools for building engaging and polished customer-facing content. Strong time management and autonomy, able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deliverables under pressure. University background preferably in Engineering, Economics or Business Management. An MBA or Executive MBA is considered a strong plus.
