Job Description:

Location: Warwick, Rhode Island

CoWorx Staffing Services is now hiring a Soldering Specialist in Warwick, RI! This is a 1st shift, temp to hire position offering $22.00 to $28.00 per hour.

Responsibilities:

Perform precision soldering on SMT and through-hole components
Conduct rework and repair of PCBs, including component removal and replacement
Use microscopes and rework stations for fine-pitch soldering tasks
Inspect completed assemblies for defects or quality issues
Follow IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001 standards
Maintain accurate documentation of work performed

Desired Background/Skills:

2+ years of soldering experience
Experience with soldering tools, microscopes
Electronic components and schematics
IPC certification is preferred
Attention to detail and dexterity
