**Your Impact:** + Sets up and operates assembly equipment such as small hydraulic presses, staking, small drill presses, welding machines, air drivers, spin riveters, and winders. + Rotates in other work cells as instructed by Supervisor or Cell Leader. + Packs finished product for shipment. + Maintains work area to ensure a safe and clean work environment. + Actively participates in making and implementing cell improvements. + Performs duties in accordance with established quality standards. **Qualifications:** Skills & Experience _The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:   _ + Must have proficient English reading and writing skills and be able to read and comprehend MSDS sheets and standard work instructions. High School Diploma/GED is preferred. + Minimum 1 year experience in an assembly or lean manufacturing environment. + Manual dexterity and mechanical proficiency. + Ability to use various hand and power tools and equipment to read measuring devices. + Proficient in soldering techniques **Physical Requirements:** Regularly exerting up to 20 lbs. of force and occasionally up to 50 lbs. Bending body downward and forward at the waist. Standing for sustained periods of time.
