Lead and Execute test plans and test analysis Collaborate with developers, BAs and business users on test plans, test designs and test case preparations. Provide updates on testing progress, raise blockers Ensure that the team adheres to the Definition of Done Ensure test environments are properly configured and data are available for testing Collaborate with developers on defect management Work closely with project stakeholders during sprint reviews/demo and obtain sign-off Guide junior QAs

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar Must possess strong background on QA processes and procedures Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with domain experts and technical experts in the team. Min of 5 years experience in quality assurance and testing web applications Proven experience with business and technical requirements analysis, verification and software development Understands application development and software development life cycle String problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment Experience in Agile, JIRA, Confluence Background in retail business is a plus Amenable to working mid shift schedule
