QualificationsBasic Qualifications:
12+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 10 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) OR 11+ years of relevant work experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and 12+ years of SDET Experience or a Masters with 10+ years of SDET experience testing highly distributed and complex systems.
QA Experience in Payment domain is a plus.
Hands-on Java programming, Automation Scripting, testing experience in JAVA & TestNG.
Experience with Selenium or similar software testing framework.
Experience in building framework and executing automated and performance tests for REST based services.
Experience with Agile Methodologies, Tools (JIRA, Confluence).
Hands-on experience working with databases Oracle & MySQL.
Experience testing software at API level using SOA suite, SOAP UI, PostMan, REST Client etc.
Familiarity with Continuous Integration (CI) tools such as Jenkins or monitoring tools.
Familiarity with Code Quality Governance related tools.
Hands-on experience with Eclipse or any other IDE development tools.
Experience with distributed source control systems such as Git.
Have demonstrable experience in leading testing effort on large-scale software project
Business knowledge of VISA Authorization, E2E and Clearing and Settlement process is a big plus.
The ideal candidate for this position will have more than 8+ years of experience in testing highly distributed and complex systems, with an ability to think tactically as well as strategically while leading cross functional teams in a highly matrixed environment. A background working in a high transaction online payment environment, developer portals/services or APIs is highly desirable.
You are an expert in proposing solutions for building world class Test Automation solutions which includes Development, monitoring, troubleshooting, triaging.
