You will work on functional level testing and automation of Nexus 9000 line of Data Center switches You will work with a diverse group of some of the brightest problem solvers and thinkers in the Data Center Switching Team that work on next generation of Data Center & Cloud switches. **Your Impact** You are someone who thrives in a dynamic start-up like environment. You have at least 5 to 8 years of Datacenter device test engineering experience with manual test and strong automation development skill (Python) and are looking for an opportunity to shine, in a team where you can thrive, one that recognizes your capabilities and rewards you accordingly. You will be responsible for automation and feature test (routers/switches) **Minimum Qualifications** + BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field and 5+ years of experience working in Software Quality assurance in Datacenter related technologies + Demonstrated programming and scripting language experience with C/C++, Python. + Must have demonstrated Python automation experience in CI/CD based environments with exposure to Git

 + Must have experience in testing Layer 2/3/Vxlan on switching platforms + Experience building testbeds and executing test plan testing and logging defects + Hands on QA, Testing, and/or Debugging skills and troubleshooting issues in the environment **Preferred Qualifications** + You possess a CCNA or CCIE (Datacenter/Networking/ Switching) + Experience in Layer2/Layer3/Multicast networking technologies + You have hands-on experience with the following datacenter technologies such as Servers, Virtualization, Networking + Knowledge of Linux, Networking concepts, OS fundamentals, AI/ML

Employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their base salary, which is split between quota and non-quota components. For quota-based incentive pay, Cisco typically pays as follows: .75% of incentive target for each 1% of revenue attainment up to 50% of quota; 1.5% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%; 1% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 75% and 100%; and once performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation. For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.
