Job Description Insight Global is seeking a self-motivated and team-oriented Software Test Engineer to support product development through manufacturing. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Engineering, Platform Design, and Contract Manufacturers—to develop and maintain test software that ensures high-quality production of cutting-edge networking products used in data centers and AI applications. What You’ll Do: - Develop and maintain automated test scripts for final system testing of switches using Python and/or Go. - Design and implement web-based GUIs for production test infrastructure using frameworks like Django and databases such as MariaDB. - Create manufacturing test plans based on hardware and platform specifications. - Lead defect reduction efforts and debug complex system-level issues in manufacturing. - Manage test infrastructure procurement, deployment, and maintenance. - Improve test processes to enhance efficiency, consistency, and yield at manufacturing sites. - Maintain and update test programs and scripts across global manufacturing sites.
