What You will Do: 

Hardware-Software Integration Testing at Sub-System Level.Determine and Develop Test Plan based on Customer SpecificationsWrite Test Cases based on Test Plan using MagicDrawHands-On/ HITL SIM Lab or Locomotive Testing for Multiple Sub-SystemsProvide technical recommendations based on engineering expertise, and interpretation of tests and data analysis.

Required Skills (Technical Competency):

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical EngineeringHardware & Software Integration TestingUnderstanding Test RequirementsDevelop/ Write Test Cases for Multiple Sub-Systems

Desired Skills:

Understanding of MagicDraw/ ClearQuestStrong Analytic & HW Troubleshooting SkillsAbility to Interact with multiple stakeholders at all the levels.Physical Requirements & Work Environment:Must be able to board and perform tests on operating heavy equipment.Substantial amounts of communication and computer work.Must be able to work in a heavily regulated industry with strict adherence to procedures.Flexibility to meet business deadlines by staying late or arriving early.Typical 8-hour days plus lunch / 40-hour weeks / core (required) with a high probability of overtime/off shift.Ability to use personal transportation to visit customer locations.Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions..

Pay Range: $62,000-$65,000 per year

Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.

Work Requirements:

This role is considered an on-site position located in Erie, PA.

You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours. Shop floor environment, which may include but not limited to extensive walking, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
