Entering this domain positions you at the heart of IBM, where growth and innovation thrive. **Your role and responsibilities** · Design, develop and execute test cases-based requirements and user stories. · Troubleshoot and isolate problems encountered during testing, triage and root cause analysis and feedback to the Development team. · Define and prepare test data and test environments to support testing. · Ensure that our software components are developed and thoroughly tested following best practices and are ready for integration into IBM’s best-of-breed solutions that help organizations improve their business outcomes in the global marketplace. **Required technical and professional expertise** · 3 years of relevant industry experience. · Hands on experience in authoring and executing the test scenarios/testcases. · Experience to work in enterprise level web and windows based application. · Experience with all testing types: black box, white box, regression, integration. · Ability to understand and clearly document complex multi-faceted technical issues. · Communicate Code Quality metrics to all stakeholders, work with developers to track and fix defects. · Experience of working in Agile, Scrum, DevOps methodologies with global teams. · Understanding of web applications, Java or other object-oriented programming language. · Excellent communication skills. · Self-starter, quick learner who enjoys working in a challenging, fast paced environment. **Preferred technical and professional experience** * Excellent communication skills. * Self-starter, quick learner who enjoys working in a challenging, fast paced environment.
