Make an impact in this integral role on the Agile Program team by working collaboratively to test and design software while supporting delivery and test optimization. You will be immersed in a team with other Testers, Software Developers, as well as Product Owners, Product Managers, and Program Managers to complete the release through incremental sprints, integration tests, and final integration and regression.

Mandatory hard and soft Skills:

\n

•                     You have a bachelor’s degree in engineering with 4+ years of technical SW QA experience. 

\n

•                     You can understand software modules' architecture as well as the overall solution architecture.

\n

•                     You can review requirements, design artifacts for ambiguity, and design medium to complex test cases to verify functionality and performance.

\n

•                     You can create functional and non-functional test cases from product requirements.

\n

•                     You can create a test plan to meet OTD and Customer expectations.

\n

•                     You can report the progress and the status of a test session.

\n

•                     Analyze logs and databases

\n

•                     Build generic and customized setups, HW, and SW

\n

•                     You can classify a SW defect

\n

•                     You have been exposed to Agile and Scaled methodologies with the Scrum implementation.

\n

•                     You are a technical thinker with experience working closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, and writing user story acceptance criteria.

\n

•                     You have been exposed to Jira or related software testing tools.

\n

•                     You have experience with Zephyr or a related test management tool.

\n

•                     You have been exposed to OS in the matter of bash command line creation/execution

\n

•                     You can interact with internal customers, understand their pain points, devise solutions and engage in customer training.

\n

•                     You have a great quality of oral and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with individuals at various levels of the organization.

\n

•                     You are a self-organized resource as well as a team player with great collaboration capabilities.

\n

•                     You have the problem-solving capability in straightforward situations, where you analyze possible solutions using technical experience and judgment as well as precedent.

What you will do:

•                     Design, develop, and maintain tests at different levels of testing based on user stories, use cases, other requirements sources, technical specifications, and non-functional requirements.

\n

•                     Execute testing on new features, as well as regression testing and confirmation testing.

\n

•                     Track, report, and analyze software defects to resolve problems.

\n

•                     Working with developers, product managers, and other testers to ensure software quality. 

\n

•                     Identifying, reporting, and tracking defects using defect tracking tools.

\n
