The global center of Software Development for Envista, Medicim, located in Mechelen (Belgium), is world leader in innovative software solutions for the dental profession. We investigate, develop, maintain and support innovative software solutions for dentists and dental technicians. Our software solutions create intuitive workflows for image acquisition, diagnostics, treatment planning and dental team collaboration in order to treat patients better. DTX Studio is our flagship software suite.
For our cloud solution we are seeking for a Technical Software Tester to join our team
As a member of our Software Testing Team:
You test the integration between different application components on API and functional level.
You use application knowledge and risk analysis to design a solid suite of automated tests.
You follow up, analyze and discuss test results.
You provide feedback to the development team about identified issues.
You will work in close collaboration with the development team and functional analysis team.

Job Requirements:
You have a bachelor’s degree or higher.
You have at least 2 years experience in software testing with a focus on testing server applications interacting through API’s.
You have knowledge of at least 1 scripting language used for test automation (preferably Python).
You have basic understanding of SQL, databases and networking
Familiarity with Cloud (Azure) is a plus.
You have a system-based approach and excel working in a cross-functional environment.
You are self-motivated and constantly looking for ways to uncover defects.
You can work independently, as well as within a team context.
You are fluent in English.
