Position Summary

We are looking for a skilled and meticulous Software Test Automation Engineer to join our Quality Assurance and Product Engineering teams. This position requires 3–5 years of relevant experience, with an emphasis on automation and scripting while continuing focus on non-automated testing as well. The ideal candidate will be driven by a commitment to quality, efficiency, and improvement in a fast-paced development environment.

Primary ResponsibilitiesReview and analyze both functional and non-functional requirements to develop robust test strategies.Create, document, and update comprehensive test cases for new and existing product features.Support non-automated testing activities alongside automation efforts, ensuring thorough coverage across all product features.Testing cycles for complex and high-priority features.Develop and maintain automation scripts using Selenium WebDriver with C#.Integrate and stabilize automation test suites within CI/CD pipelines.Clearly document and report identified defects, collaborating with Development, Product, and UX teams for resolution.Participate actively in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, grooming, and reviews.Work alongside performance and functional testing teams for thorough validation.Prepare regular status reports and communicate progress to relevant stakeholders.Acquire and apply domain knowledge, particularly in Tax & Accounting (preferred).Demonstrate independence and teamwork to deliver quality results under tight deadlines.Required Technical Skills & QualificationsMust HaveBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.3–5 years of practical experience in software testing.Strong foundation in testing methodologies.Experience writing test cases, test scripts, and documenting defects.Proficiency in:C#, Python, Selenium WebDriverPostman (API testing)SQL QueriesAzure DevOps, JIRAVSTSRelevant testing certifications (preferred).Good to HaveDomain expertise in Tax & Accounting.Test Manager, XML, scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell).Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Soft SkillsExcellent technical and analytical abilities.Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.Organized, disciplined, and attentive to detail.Strong team player with a sense of personal accountability.Adept at building positive relationships with stakeholders.Upholds a high standard of integrity and leads by example.BenefitsCompetitive compensation and performance-based incentives.Health and wellness programs.Opportunities for learning and professional development.Flexible and hybrid work arrangements.Inclusive, collaborative workplace culture.
