Experience in handling a team of 5 or more test engineers·Minimum 7+ years of experience in SW testing in Automotive DomainAbility to mentor and guide team of test engineersExperience in Vector tools like CANoe, TAE, DIVA, CANape, OpenTest, CANstress.Awareness and Knowledge on automotive protocols like CAN, Flexray, Ethernet, KWP2000, LIN, UDSKnow how about Perl/Python/CAPL scriptingExposure to Test AutomationExperience in HIL or Vehicle testing will be an added advantageDocumentation tools DOORS, ClearQuest etc.Awareness on AUTOSAR framework/standardsGood knowledge of ASPICE / CMMI / ISO quality standardsAutomotive system knowledge (ECU, Sensors, Software) and technical mindsetGood Communication and Interpersonal skillsAwareness on project life cycle· Experience with debugger toolsExperience in Customer handling.Ability to work independentlyISTQB/IREB certification will be an added advantage
