FIS Management Services, LLC seeks Software Test Analysts II in Jacksonville, FL to create and maintain processes of quality programs and provide consulting for software development or operations processes, quality practices, quality audits and software measurements. Develop, maintain and upgrade manual or automated test scripts, utilities, simulators, data sets and other programmatic test tools required to execute test plans. Perform usability testing for total system performance, reliability, scalability and security. Communicate testing activities and findings in oral and written forms. Control and manage her own daily test activities. Provide internal quality assurance. Support test leads to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies. Organize and maintain the test script library. Perform other related duties assigned as needed.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field and four (4) years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation: utilizing Agile software development methodology to come up with test plan, test case and align testing schedule with sprint and scrums to deliver quality software product; working with Agile management tools including JIRA to create sprint plan, report progress, report product defect and update software testing results; utilizing programing tools to test the quality of the Software applications; and implementing Modern engineering practices, including software development life cycle to improve software product quality and troubleshoot the software quality issues related to both functional and system defects in the software code and related dashboard reports.
