Key Areas of Responsibilities - Understand software requirement & its translations to Design - Quick in understanding technical/functional area of key modules - Develop quick working prototypes as and when necessary - Identify and resolve technical risks - Manages technical communication with leads and stakeholders - Ensure deliverables are on time and of high quality - Good understanding of SAFe Agile methodology for estimation & execution process - Understand the clinical needs from a user perspective Key Skills/Competencies: * Overall 5-7 years of experience in software development with at least 5 years in C++ & Linux * Expertise in development, testing and debugging skills * Experience & firm knowledge in software design concepts and design patterns Personal Characteristics •Self-starter and quick learner and ability to work with minimal supervision •Smart, creative, team-oriented and collaborative, with strong analytical skills including the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusion •Excellent communication and negotiation skills with ability to influence without direct authority •Working with multisite teams, Quality conscious and Process & customer Oriented **How we work together** We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
