You Are:

UST is searching for a Software Technical Lead who will collaborate with the Project Coordinator to define and assign development and implementation tasks.

 

 

The opportunity:

·       Technical Execution Control:

·       Provide technical leadership to meet project objectives and timelines.

·       Monitor and control that development meets design specifications.

·       Coordinate with the Functional Leader to ensure alignment with specified functionalities.

·       Plan, schedule, and coordinate technical developments.

·       Manage changes in development, identifying, planning, and controlling their execution.

·       Monitor activities assigned to technical resources and keep project progress updated.

·       Quality Control:

·       Establish methods, procedures, and technical standards for development.

·       Ensure the integrity and quality of the project's design and development.

·       Task Definition and Assignment:

·       Collaborate with the Project Coordinator on time and resource issues for each task.

·       Planning and Estimating:

·       Support in the development of the Work Plan for tasks in each phase of the project.

·       Assist in estimating the effort required for each task.

·       Technical Guidance:

·       Guide the development team in evaluating appropriate technologies (web servers, frameworks, Flutter, databases, design patterns) following the Software Architect's guidelines.

 

 

 

This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.

·       Knowledge of VTEX is ideal.

·       Skills:

o   Leadership Development
