Position Overview:
The Software Support Analyst will perform a broad range of technology-related duties with minimal supervision. This includes project-based initiatives, time-sensitive tasks, and daily support responsibilities that require strong prioritization, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:
Assemble computers from parts; install operating systems and related softwareProvide advanced troubleshooting for hardware, software, and networking issuesManage user onboarding/offboarding processesDeliver day-to-day operational service and support via helpdesk managementAssist with infrastructure development, server builds, and OS upgradesLearn and support Access Control, CCTV, NVR, Alarms, Intercom, and related systemsPartner with customer personnel to demonstrate systems, provide training, and build relationshipsTravel occasionally to customer sites QualificationsMinimum Requirements:
IT experienceWindows Server: Active Directory, Group Policy, and related servicesExperience with Azure AD and Single Sign-On (SSO)Preferred Skills & Abilities:
Strong deskside and remote support expertise across multiple computer service areasKnowledge of networking, IP schemes, switches, and firewallsExperience with MerakiFamiliarity with Cisco/Webex phone systemsExperience with IP cameras/DVR software (preferred but not required)Excellent prioritization and problem-solving skills, especially under pressureStrong communication and customer-facing skillsDemonstrated ability to work independently and make sound decisionsEnthusiasm, initiative, and ability to contribute to strategic discussionsPreferred Skills & Abilities:
Ability to obtain a valid PERC licenseValid driver’s license with clean driving recordAbility to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background checkWhy Join Marksman Titan:
