Role Summary:

The Software Sourcing Centre Manager is a leadership role within Indirect Procurement function responsible for managing the Software Sourcing Centre team at Ayvens COE in Bucharest. This position oversees the end-to-end procurement of software solutions in scope, and serves as a trusted business partner to internal stakeholders. The role requires deep expertise in strategic sourcing, software contracting, and supplier relationship management. The successful candidate will be a strong communicator, capable of delivering savings, synergies, and long-term value, while ensuring stakeholder satisfaction and operational stability.

Responsibilities:

Leadership and development of the Software Sourcing Centre team at Ayvens COEEnd-to-end software sourcing and contract lifecycle managementCost savings, synergy generation, and targets achievementStrategic category and supplier relationship managementFocus on CSR, ESG, Diversity & Inclusion, Data Maturity & System Integration, and Culture & ConductLead the Software Sourcing team, ensuring alignment with Group strategies.Manage team workload and ensure balanced distribution of responsibilities.Deploy and reinforce change management initiatives aligned with transformation projects.Lead the source-to-contract process across the allocated software scope.Oversee procurement initiatives within the software category, including demand challenge & optimisation, and supplier negotiation.Define and implement software category strategies that align with business priorities.Achieve financial and operational performance targets.Ensure that contracts negotiated for software solutions are robust, commercially sound, and support the long-term needs of the business.Effectively engage stakeholders, including C-suite level, to understand strategic needs and enable procurement to act as a strategic partner.

Requirements:

Minimum 8 years in procurement, including substantial experience in software sourcing.3-5 years in a team leadership or management role.Ability to craft, negotiate, and manage complex software agreements aligned with business and compliance requirements.Deep expertise in software sourcing, licensing, price modelling, and commercial contracting for software.Exposure to broader ICT sourcing categories is advantageous.Proven capability to deliver measurable cost savings.University degree, preferably in Business, Law or IT.Fluency in English.
