Responsibilities Make an impact •    Be a subject matter expert of the current Swisslog Software Product Suite functionality and its operation            o Understand what it would take to customize each functional area •    Have a working knowledge of the current Swisslog Controls Product Suite •    Provide technical Sales Support            o Conduct Swisslog Software demonstrations            o Lead Software and Controls presentations            o Provide consultation            o Attend Design Reviews            o Attend Risk Reviews            o Provide Software and Controls hours estimates            o Provide Software and Controls costings •    Lead Requirements Gathering Workshops with customer •    Produce Functional Specifications •    Produce Host Interface Specifications •    Produce and maintain material used for Sales support and requirements gathering •    Provide requirement management support to other Software and Controls HUB teams   Application Requirements What you need to succeed Formal qualification in engineering and/or computer science  Have working knowledge of the Warehouse and Distribution business sector Have at least five years experience in providing Software and/or Controls solutions Have working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems Have working knowledge of Material Flow Control Systems Desirable  Other software/controls product SME certification Have working knowledge of PLC controls and control logic Have experience in defining, procuring, installing and maintaining IT Hardware, Controls Hardware and their supporting infrastructure
