Job Description
We are seeking a Software Quality Engineer who is adept at coaching staff and providing thorough quality reviews of documents prior to submission. The role requires ensuring clarity of content, compliance with procedures, and providing objective evidence with a clear summary of conclusions and outcomes. You will play a pivotal role in the software and systems life cycle controls for both waterfall and Agile methodologies.
ResponsibilitiesCoach staff in quality assurance best practices.Conduct detailed quality reviews of documents for clarity and compliance.Ensure documents contain objective evidence and clear summaries of conclusions.Expertly manage system deliverables such as documenting user and system requirements, conducting software classification and risk assessment, and preparing V&V plans and reports.Manage PHI and PII in a compliant manner.Essential SkillsExpertise in software/systems life cycle controls for both waterfall and Agile methodologies.Proficiency in system deliverables documentation.Strong knowledge of compliant management of PHI and PII.Excellent technical writing skills.Working knowledge of ISO/IEC standards.Additional Skills & QualificationsDeep understanding of the required content for software requirements, design, and report documents.Experience with software validation and quality assurance.Work Environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $80.00/hr.
