**Business Overview:**
Wespecialisein **electronic document management (EDM)** –providing hardware, software, services, andexpertiseto helporganisationsreduce costs, improve efficiency, andoperatemore sustainably.
Role Purpose:
Support, deliver, and manage EDM software projects while training users and providing ongoing support. Ideal for someone with software/IT project experience looking to grow into project management.
**Key Responsibilities** **:**
+ Manage projects and client communications
+ Install and deliver EDM solutions to time, budget, and quality
+ Train users and provide post-implementation support
+ Troubleshoot software/database issues and perform root-cause analysis
+ Maintain SLAs for support incidents
+ Support pre-sales with solution design and quoting
+ Identifyimprovements to delivery/support processes
**Essential Skills & Experience** **:**
+ 2+ years installing/delivering software solutions
+ 2+ years in software support roles
+ Experience with T-SQL and database systems
+ Experience managing projects with external stakeholders
+ Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
**Desirable** **:**
+ Microsoft certifications (e.g., AZ-204)
+ Exposure to EDM systems
+ PRINCE2 or equivalent project management certification
+ Experience in software/IT project delivery
+ Commercial awareness
