To drive the product development on time and on budget we are searching for a Software - Project Manager to strengthen the Technical Program Management team of the ADAS core development department. In this role you will work across Product Management, Product Engineering, Customer Engineering, and Engineering Services to bring new reusable software products to the market. 

Your role

Own and ensure high-quality, at-cost, and on-time delivery of the assigned product 

Support product management in creation of the Product Requirement Document (PRD) 

Create process compliant milestone and resource plan based on PRD from Prod. Man. 

Execute on time and on budged towards platform readiness 

Full ownership of assigned products (including achieving and validating target feature KPI’s on platform vehicle) 

Serve the team and the product vision by foreseeing and resolving impediments and removing risks ahead of time 

Trigger escalation processes if necessary to improve the execution efficiency 

Collaborate with Customer / Stakeholders to ensure flawless on target deliveries  

Ensure flawless integration of assigned software products into customer projects 

Support in escalation processes from stakeholder/customer side to minimize waste work 

Manage change control processes to handle CR’s from stakeholders 

Align and update Software delivery plan that is aligned with lead customer delivery plans 

Your background

MSc degree in Electronics or Computer Science or natural science

Strong entrepreneurial attitude, high level of motivation and dedication

Experience in Software-Engineering, AI or robotics

Experience in Software Project Management

Problem solving & negotiating skills

Ability to speak, to read and to write English
