- Identifies and reviews the technical risks and opportunities and the related mitigation plans of project
- when used, establishes and maintains the Key Decisions tree and associated actions
- Prepares the technical solution and submit it to the Design Authority (DA) approval
- Approves the main project engineering reviews and deliverables
- Organizes technical meetings and peer reviews in order to perform the Solution or Solution Element technical assessment and validation

Responsibilities:
Work in a scrum team with other agile developers in Singapore and different countriesDesign, develop and deploy Secure Embedded Operating SystemsDesign, architects and develop cyber secured software components on micro controller platformsActively contribute and lead requirements definition, software design, development, testing and integration of secure softwareFoster continuous improvement based on root cause analysis, problem solving, new practice deployment, …Contribute to the improvement of existing technology platform and development methodologies through prototyping and patent proposalManage people within your team and ensure their development (skills, coaching, career, mindset), the adequacy with the expected needs (quality and quantity) at the right time and the allocation to the projectsEnsure that all aspects of the discipline (practices and tools) are controlled and stable all along lifecycle phases of projectsEnsure the capitalization and sharing of knowledge and assets (building blocks, cost estimating models, best practices, etc.)Ensure implementation of multi-project synergies in order to optimize cost of technical solutionsPerform technical reviews associated with your discipline on projectsProvide budget and schedule estimates for Work Packages assigned to your team for projectsEnsure efficiency of the team through objectives management and KPI dashboardFor simplified project, manage the solution engineering activities for the related level (solution or solution element)Jointly with the PDA (Project Design Authority):- Identifies and reviews the technical risks and opportunities and the related mitigation plans of project

Requirements:
Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Computer/Software Engineering, or related fieldsAt least 5 years relevant experience in technical project managementProficient in C (C++ is considered a plus) / JavaProven experience with team management in a technological environment, either hardware electronics or embedded softwareInterest or experience in Agile/SCRUM methodology and JIRA toolAbility to build and promote a positive workplace where you share feed-back culture and invest in the development of your teamCustomer-oriented and Agile mindset, in-depth problem solving skills, ability to take and meet commitmentsSupport and encourage innovative ideas, create and give space for curiosityAble to switch from day-to-day management activities to strategic thinking and long-term visionPossess the following knowledge will be a plus:- Software security
