Job Description

The professional is responsible for the operational supervision of a project's software discipline.

She/He plans, monitors, and controls engineering activities related to automotive projects' systems and software, such as: Requirements, Architecture, Functions, Design, Simulation, Tests, etc. She/He also acts as a customer interface to clarify and align systems and software topics.

Qualifications

Graduation in Engineering or IT (complete or ongoing).

English Advanced, being able to work in a cross-cultural team.

Requirements Engineering, Architecture principles, Interface management, Maturity Driven Development, Project Management basics, Project and Feature Teams (stakeholders), Safety Engineering, Technical system know-how, Vehicle function know-how, Knowledge of discipline related architecture, Variant & Configuration Management, Systems Engineering, Developing technical systems, Technical discussion and negotiation with the customer, Moderation and communication with different stakeholders, Planning, reporting and monitoring of engineering activities according to project boundaries, Systematic and abstract analyzing and formulation of corresponding solutions, Identification and handling of dependencies, Maintaining design integrity and Recognition of weaknesses and risks.
