Software Product Manager
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager responsible for leading the development of software products and features for HP consumer experiences. In this role, you will define, execute and deliver our product roadmap, working cross-functionally with engineering, design and executive teams to bring customers facing technical products and ensure their success. This senior level role demands strategic leadership, technical fluency, and a proven track record of successful product delivery. **Key Responsibilities:** + Own the full lifecycle of new product introductions, from ideation through go-to-market execution. + Define and communicate a compelling product vision aligned with business goals and customer needs. + Identify emerging technologies and business models to expand product capabilities and differentiate offerings. + Conduct and analyze market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape to drive product strategy. + Identify, analyze and integrate new technologies and business models to expand product capabilities + Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and other teams to ensure successful product launches and iterations. + Provide technical mentorship and support to the development team, helping to resolve technical issues and make decisions that align with the product vision. + Collaborate with engineering, UX/UI, and marketing to ensure seamless development and launch of high-quality products. + Leverage data to monitor product performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions. + Engage with customers through various channels to capture feedback, identify product issues, and advise product development. **Required Qualifications:** + Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a closely related field. + Minimum 7 years of experience in product management within a technology-focused company. + Proven track record of launching customer-facing software products from concept to market. + Experience working in agile environments with cross-functional global teams. ​ **Must-Have Experience** + Led product or features from 0 to 1 and achieved product-market fit. + Defined and executed product roadmaps in a fast-paced tech environment. + Collaborated with engineering and UX/UI teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. + Used data analytics tools to drive product decisions and measure impact. + Demonstrated excellence in using principled decision making to manage diverse stakeholders, including peers and executive leadership. + An analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data to inform decisions, understand the user behavior and measure revenue opportunities/impact. + Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex challenges. + Exceptional ability to work in resource-constrained environments **Tools & Skills** + Agile Methodology + Automation + Change Management + Continuous Improvement Process + JIRA + Kanban Principles + Lean Manufacturing + Milestones (Project Management) + New Product Development + Process Improvement + Product Management + Project Management + Scrum (Software Development) + Sprint Planning **Impact & Scope** Impacts function and leads and/or provides expertise to functional project teams and may participate in cross-functional initiatives. **Complexity** Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors. **Disclaimer** This job description describes the general nature and level of work performed in this role. The pay range for this role is **$104,800** to **$158,250** USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only).
