Position: Software Engineering Trainee
Duration: 3 Months (with option to extend)
Date: Late August to the end of November, 2025
Location: Hybrid in Espoo, Finland

Currently a candidate for a Master’s or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or a related field with an accredited school in FinlandExperience in software development, and exposure to AIProficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, or C++ (any one of them is fine)Experience with system deployment frameworks (e.g., Docker, k8s)Excellent communication skills and team player attitudeDevelop and maintain scalable and efficient microservices for AI systemsOptimize existing pipelines for performance, scalability, and resource efficiencyConduct experiments and prototype new ideas to advance our AI system capabilitiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutionsPrepare and present findings and insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders
