**About the role:**
The Software, Senior Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing internal IT applications and related technical documentation. This role supports Takeda's mission by creating innovative software solutions that enhance both internal and external business systems, ensuring they align with corporate objectives.
**Responsibilities**
+ You have a strong sense of logical process, and can translate business requirements into technical steps, as well as make recommendations for process improvement to the benefit of your clients.
+ You will be the liaison between clients, colleagues, and business partners in supporting their business solutions. You will be responsible for managing incidents, identifying and implementing improvements to existing products.
+ You are an excellent communicator with strong client management skills, and a real passion for technology.
+ You will be responsible for mentoring and managing a team of support engineers.
+ You are a self-starter and creative thinker.
+ You are passionate about Power Platform and its potential to move organizations forward.
**Skills and Qualifications** **Required**
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
+ 8+ years of relevant professional experience in software engineering, platform governance or platform support services.
+ Proven track record in leading a software engineering or platform support team.
+ Experience in ITSM process.
+ Experience in solution development with Power Platform – Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio etc.
+ Experience with RPA solution development and support with either Power Automate Desktop or UiPath.
+ In-depth understanding of PowerShell, Graph API, XRM toolbox and use in the context of Power Platform.
+ In-depth understanding of Power Platform architecture and governance – licensing, tenant management, Power Platform CoE, environment management.
+ Excellent oral and written communication skills, business acumen, and enterprise knowledge.
+ Work with virtual/agile teams in different locations, aligning and adapting different work, culture, and communication styles.
+ Adept in analyzing complex technical issues, identifying root causes, and implementing effective solutions. Proficient in debugging, performance optimization, and troubleshooting mobile/web applications.
+ Proficiency in English in both verbal and written communication is a must.
