Position Overview

We are seeking a CRM Developer to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities

Create custom catalog items, forms and associated flows, working with business partners and the Service Catalog manager and Product Manager for implementation.

Maintain an ongoing knowledge of the ServiceNow product, version upgrades, enhancements, new features, etc.

Create technical documentation on ServiceNow Forms, Workflows, Catalogs, connections to other interfaces etc.

Experience with developing custom service portals and creating and implementing complex pages, custom widgets, and UI

Create Dashboards in ServiceNow for reporting and tracking

Oversee development of the ServiceNow solution in accordance with industry best practices to ensure system compliance

Coordinate vendors for ServiceNow product flaws

Conduct staff training on new procedures

Ability to work with automated testing tools to perform testing and maintenance

Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Required Experience & Education: 

Bachelor's degree equivalent in Computer Science, equivalent preferred.

2-3 years of experience in development or ServiceNow.  

Desired Experience: 

Exposure to Jira and ADO
