We look forward to seeing your application! **In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** + You will lead a team of engineers responsible for developing and maintaining software solutions that power data ingestion, orchestration, analysis, and system health monitoring for large fleets of industrial test systems. + Lead and develop a team of software engineers focused on large-scale data-driven applications in the T&M domain. + Drive the technical strategy and execution for systems that manage measurement workflows and analytics across distributed test environments. + Ensure delivery of reliable, maintainable software through agile development practices and automated testing. + Collaborate with product owners to prioritize features that unlock actionable insights from measurement data. + Align team capabilities and priorities with the broader product analytics roadmap. + Hire, mentor, and grow engineering talent within a multidisciplinary environment. **Who You Are:** You adjust communication content and style to meet the needs of diverse collaborators.
