About this role:
Enterprise Function Technology (EFT) is seeking a Software Engineering Manager to provide leadership for an application delivery team supporting Finance Technology. This Manager will lead a high-performing software engineering team and will be responsible for overseeing the development of software solutions, ensuring alignment with strategic business and product objectives. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, leadership skills, and product management capabilities.

Required Qualifications:
4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education3+ years of Python experience2+ years of Leadership experience2+ years of experience with Big Data Processing Frameworks (PySpark or similar)Desired Qualifications:
Strong knowledge in the following technologies: Java, Oracle, NetApps S3, Angular. Power BI and other technologies such as DremioThorough knowledge of Pivotal Cloud Foundry, Microsoft Azure CloudProven track record of managing software engineering teams and delivering complex software solutions.Strong understanding of software development methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.Experience with modern software development tools and practices, including continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD).Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Demonstrated ability to drive technical innovation and lead teams through technical challenges.Job Expectations:
