Software Engineering Manager, Infrastructure Responsibilities

Be both highly technical, hands-on coder and an effective people manager Communicate across functions and drive engineering initiatives Participate in technical design Be a subject matter expert in the infrastructure domain Define and influence product strategy

Minimum Qualifications

5+ years of software engineering work experience, including hands-on technical management 5+ years experience coding in one of the following languages: C++, Java, Python and/or PHP Demonstrated experience recruiting and managing technical teams, including performance management BA/BS in Computer Science (In lieu of degree, 4+ years work experience)

$177,000/year to $251,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
