JOB DESCRIPTION:

Serve as part of our Professional Services team, which provides support to our sales teams at all pre-sales stages, including project managing the single sign on (SSO) integration of customers in the academic and corporate markets. Responsible for managing the work of two Analysts. Provide sales support by working closely with our sales teams to understand and define clients SSO requirements. Propose solutions which meet those requirements, ensuring they are technically viable and add value to the overall proposal. Understand and demonstrate solutions to customers including Proof of Concepts and articulating the benefits they offer. Support sales teams including at client review meetings. Liaise with clients post sale to develop implementation plans. Communicate with internal teams including Customer Support and other internal teams to ensure effective delivery. Perform other duties as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or a related field required.1 year of experience in job offered or related occupations required.Also required is: 1 year of experience: developing and executing training and on-boarding plans; developing ROI proposals for leadership presentations; partnering and leading internal and external technology resources, and solving complex business needs; leading teams in identifying, researching, and coordinating the resources necessary to effectively troubleshoot and diagnose complex project issues; extracting and translating findings into alternatives and solutions; and identifying risks and impacts, as well as scheduling adjustments to facilitate management decision-making.Employee reports to Elsevier, Inc. office in New York, NY, but may telecommute from any location within the U.S.Experience can be concurrent.

SALARY RANGE:

($136,580.73 to $173,500.00/year)
