Core Requirements:
Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of core Reinsurance/Insurance processes with hands-on experience in at least one of the following areas:ReinsuranceAccountingClaimsPolicy AdministrationUnderwritingIT Experience:Experience in software implementation projects with experience on Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).Proficiency in understanding, defining and documenting business requirements.Skilled in engaging with clients for requirement gathering, understanding process flows, and suggesting solutions for an insurance/reinsurance organisationAbility to understand, follow, and help define processes synced within client business operations.Familiarity with creating use cases, specifications, process flows, data models, and test cases.Ability to clearly communicate business requirements to IT teams, bridging the gap between business and technical functions.Experience in pre-sales activities such as responding to RFPs/RFIs, product demos, and generating workflows of product functionalities.Essential Skills:
Communication: Strong verbal, written, listening, presentation, and facilitation skills.Analytical Abilities: High proficiency in analytical and problem-solving skills.Domain Certifications (preferred): Candidates with certifications such as FIII/AIII, INS, CII, or CPCU will be prioritized.
