As an Engineering Manager for the FordPay Payments Platform, you will lead a dynamic and highly skilled team of software engineers responsible for the evolution and operational excellence of our critical payment orchestration services.This role is pivotal in shaping the future of Ford's e-commerce payment capabilities, ensuring the platform meets stringent requirements for security, compliance, scalability, and performance. You will be responsible for managing and delivering products within the Ford Credit Fintech FordPay portfolio, supporting our markets across North America, Europe, and International Markets Group (IMG).You will work closely with Product Management, Operations, Risk & Compliance, and other engineering teams to deliver a best-in-class payments experience.
